Multiple sclerosis is a chronic autoimmune demyelinating disease, one of the most common symptoms which are urinary disorders. The review article provides information on epidemiology, pathogenesis, symptoms, clinical course and diagnostic features neurogenic dysfunctions lower tract in patients with multiple sclerosis. Attention drawn to need for early diagnosis dysfunctions, predetermines timely initiation effectiveness treatment.
